Job Description

Drafted.gg is a leading global esports tournament organizer and content provider, specializing in the delivery of high-quality tournaments and live events. The company is recognized for hosting a wide range of esports competitions and show matches across the most popular titles, offering a comprehensive portfolio for esports audiences worldwide. Its innovative approach to content and event formats drives fan engagement, supports the growth of competitive gaming, and strengthens the global esports ecosystem.

We are opening a brand-new gaming studio and need a high-energy, hands-on HR & Office Administrator to keep our daily operations running like a well-oiled machine. You will be the "right hand" to the Studio Manager, handling everything from recruitment coordination to ensuring the fridge is stocked and the office is organized.

This role is for a proactive multitasker who loves being in the middle of the action. You don’t need to be a senior strategist, but you do need to be exceptionally organized, efficient, and ready to tackle a wide variety of tasks in a fast-paced, creative environment. This is a hands-on, office-based role, and you will be expected to be present at the studio on a daily basis to support the local team and maintain the studio's operational pulse.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding Support

  • Coordination: Post job openings, schedule interviews and maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Candidate Communication: Act as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.
  • Onboarding Admin: Prepare employment contracts, organize welcome kits, and handle the practical "Day 1" logistics (keys, badges, desk setup)

2. HR Generalist & Local Compliance

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate employee files and ensure all paperwork is compliant with local labor laws.
  • Payroll Prep: Collect and organize monthly payroll data (overtime, absences, bonuses) to be processed by our external providers.
  • Attendance: Track vacations and sick leave to keep our records up to date.

3. Hands-On Office Coordination

  • The Essentials: Order office supplies, manage snacks/catering, and ensure all meeting rooms are tidy and tech-ready.
  • Vendor Point-of-Contact: Coordinate with cleaners, repair services, and couriers to maintain a high-functioning workspace.
  • Studio Culture: Assist the Studio Manager in organizing team lunches, celebrations, and studio events.
  • Ad-hoc Support: Tackle any daily tasks needed to help the Studio Manager and the creative team stay focused on making games.

Who You Are

  • Action-Oriented: You enjoy being "on the floor" and getting things done. No task is too small if it helps the studio succeed.
  • Detail-Obsessed: You are naturally organized and double-check your work for accuracy.
  • Efficient: You know how to prioritize a busy to-do list and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Positive Communicator: You are a people person who helps create a welcoming atmosphere in the office.

Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: Native Czech: Essential for local admin, contracts, and communicating with local vendors.
  • Fluent English: Required for internal communication and team coordination.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an office admin, HR assistant, or recruitment coordinator role.
  • Industry Context (Plus): Experience working in HR for Ops-heavy teams and/or experience within the gaming/creative studio industry is a significant plus.
  • Skills: Strong proficiency in G-Suite; experience with any HR software is a plus.
  • Availability: Ready to start quickly to help us get the studio doors open!
