Job Description

 



Job Summary: 



The Therapist will provide high-quality mental health counseling services, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and facilitate therapy sessions with children and their families. This role involves working closely with children experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. The Therapist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support the mental well-being of our clients. 



 



Essential Functions: 





  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients in accordance with their treatment plans. 







  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine appropriate therapeutic interventions. 







  • Develop, implement, and review treatment plans in collaboration with clients and other members of the care team. 







  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. 







  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including session notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries. 







  • Facilitate crisis interventions when necessary and coordinate referrals to other services as needed. 







  • Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and continuing education programs to stay informed of best practices. 







  • Uphold ethical and professional standards in accordance with state regulations and licensing requirements. 







  • Engage in outreach and community education efforts to promote mental health awareness and services. 







  • Other duties as assigned.
