What are your main tasks you can expect?


  • 与采购部和核心团队合作,通过定期评估、技术审查、运行率和审计、计划会议、APQP /VDA 工具以及供应商和工厂访问,选择和发展供应商;

  • 为指定商品领导跨职能团队的技术工作,具有丰富的知识经验,包括但不限于评估新供应商和现有供应商的工艺诀窍、技术研讨会和解决供应商的问题;
  • 领导热点供应商/问题的准备工作,包括升级建议和行动跟踪。




What qualifications do you bring with you?


  • 工程或技术领域的学士学位,具有技术背景;
  • 5 年以上汽车行业 SDE/高级 SQE 和/或质量方面的专业经验,精通质量标准/工具,如 IATF16949、VDA6.3、APQP、PPAP、FMEA、SPC、MSA 和 8D 问题解决技术;
  • 通过可行性研究和 APQP,在供应商就绪流程范围内对供应商的制造工艺诀窍进行评估。就 SDE 而言,他/她还能够开发工具以改进供应商流程、领导和启动技术研讨会;
