Visit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious Content Operations Associate to join our Mexico or India remote team. The Position will keep content organized, accurate, and moving efficiently through the system so timelines are met. The right candidate will be organized, great at multitasking, have an entrepreneurial spirit, extreme passion for our mission, and the energy and discipline to come in and be a builder in a start-up tech environment.
Please note: This is a remote contractor role (40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, invoiced monthly) Mexico or India-based. Working Hours: 8 am EST - 5 pm EST; 2 pm-11 pm (GMT+1)

Responsibilities:
- Manage the workflow behind content (not always creating it)
- Create print materials for events
- Organize content across systems and the internal platform as well as audit for consistency
- Ensure content follows brand, legal, and formatting guidelines
- Coordinate with Nonprofit Supply and Events & Bookings teams
- Track versions, approvals, and deadlines
- Maintain content libraries and documentation
- Support with editing needs and experience page updates
- Review copy and content, flag errors, inconsistencies, or gaps before content goes live
- Proactive, creative contributor and flexible to jump in to roles not yet defined
