What will you do?

Working across two Engineering Pillars; Engagement and Consumer, you’ll partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership to shape how our platform evolves, with a focus on delivering an intuitive marketer experience supported by robust consumer data, identity, and consent capabilities.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing product and engineering strategy by reviewing roadmaps, guiding decision-making, challenging assumptions, and bringing fresh perspectives to complex problems.
Your work will span a broad set of domains including loyalty and rewards, messaging and sales, personalisation and integrations, as well as consumer profiling, identity, consent, and targeting.
Within these areas, you’ll shape initiatives ranging from campaign orchestration and hyper-personalisation through to strengthening our consumer data foundations and enabling secure, scalable customer experiences.
As a technical leader across both pillars, you’ll bridge business and engineering. This includes defining architectural guardrails, setting a clear technical vision, and ensuring high standards in domain design and decision-making.
You'll be customer-facing, hands-on when needed, and pivotal in translating strategic direction into practical implementation.
The goal: identifying the right problems to solve, validating solutions for cohesiveness, scalability, and feasibility, and ensuring what we build is fit for purpose both now and into the future.

What are we looking for?

Hands on experience leading the delivery of Web / API integration solutions within cloud-based environments (Azure would be a plus, but we're open to any provider).
A product-oriented Platform or Solution Architect who can translate business and customer outcomes into pragmatic architectural decisions.
Proven experience advising and influencing senior leadership, with the confidence to challenge thinking constructively and drive alignment.
Someone who enjoys operating as a highly collaborative partner to Product and Engineering, shaping solutions early and enabling teams.
A confident communicator who can engage senior stakeholders, navigate complex customer relationships, and represent architecture at a strategic level.
Exposure to relevant domains such as loyalty, messaging, personalisation, identity or consent would be a plus.
