Here's how you'll be involved 

 

  • Analyze client needs and design tailored Oracle HCM solutions.
  • Configure and customize Oracle HCM modules according to specific client requirements.
  • Ensure the implementation and deployment of Oracle HCM solutions.
  • Provide technical and functional support to end-users.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Perform validation tests and configuration audits.
  • Train users and administrators on new Oracle HCM features and modules.
  • Stay up-to-date with technological advancements and propose continuous improvements.

Your experience 

  • Degree in computer science, human resource management, or a related field.
  • Professional experience of 3 years or more as an Oracle HCM Consultant.
  • Proficiency in Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, etc.
  • Experience with project management and incident tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices in human resource management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Desired Skills

  • Oracle HCM certification.
  • Experience with cloud technologies (Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure).
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience in managing large-scale projects.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment.
