What will you be doing at Atrium?

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Solution Architect to join our growing team. While your primary focus will be mastering and implementing FSC, we are specifically looking for an architect who also brings hands-on nCino experience to the table.

In this role, you will be a critical bridge between our clients and the transformative power of Salesforce's FSC platform. You will lead the design of cutting-edge solutions, leveraging your technical nCino background to ensure seamless integration and execution for our banking clients with both FSC and nCino.

Responsibilities:

• Solution Design and Implementation:

  • Design and architect comprehensive FSC solutions that address complex business requirements for banking clients

  • Lead discovery sessions and requirements gathering workshops to understand client needs and translate them into actionable user stories

  • Oversee the implementation of FSC solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines

• Banking Expertise:

  • Leverage your prior banking experience or extensive project delivery experience in the banking sector to understand and address client needs

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of standard banking processes, regulations, and industry trends

  • Act as a subject matter expert on FSC within the financial services domain

• FSC Data Model Mastery:

  • Possess a deep understanding of the FSC data model and its application in various banking scenarios

  • Design and implement data models that support complex client requirements

  • Ensure data integrity and security within the FSC environment

• Project Leadership:

  • Lead projects from initiation to completion, managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders

  • Effectively communicate project status and risks to clients and internal teams

  • Facilitate user acceptance testing and ensure successful solution deployment

How you�ll spend your time:

• Dedication to FINS:

  • A strong desire to specialize and grow within the financial services industry, focusing on Salesforce FSC and nCino

• Project Delivery (100%):

  • Consistent and timely delivery of high-quality billable work for clients in the financial services vertical

  • Lead and enable a team to deliver an FSC project, as well as the ability to be �hands on�, helping with configuration and customization as needed (for POCs or otherwise)

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce solution architecture, with a significant focus on FSC & nCino

• Proven track record of leading and delivering multiple successful FSC & nCino implementations

• Active Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accreditation

• nCino Platform Certification

• Deep understanding of both the FSC & nCino data models and the application within the banking sector

• Strong understanding of core banking processes, relevant regulations, and industry best practices

• Strong understanding of data migration and integration concepts within the Salesforce ecosystem

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into well-defined technical solutions

• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver on time and within budget

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Data migration experience

• OmniStudio experience
