Butler Machinery is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Aftermarket Sales Specialist to support our Aftermarket Sales Team. The Aftermarket Sales Specialist supports the Aftermarket Sales team by managing leads within the CRM, assisting with CVA and TM&R pricing and contracts, and running reports to ensure opportunities move effectively through the sales funnel. This role plays a key part in lead generation, sales support, and communication between Butler Machinery, Caterpillar, and the Aftermarket Sales team.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate lead generation and creation within the sales funnel for campaigns related to rebuilds, CVAs, GET, undercarriage, and other assigned programs. Pull hunter lists and qualify leads for active status, correct territory, and applicable hour ranges.
- Review Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) funnels regularly and provide feedback on funnel health, strategy, and next steps to PSSRs and the Aftermarket Sales Manager.
- Quote new, renewal, and rebuild EPPs as well as engine ESCs as needed. Create leads where appropriate and communicate won sales to the Warranty department for purchasing.
- Lead CVA and PSE discussions with Caterpillar representatives, ensuring effective two‑way communication. Report updates, changes, and insights back to the Aftermarket Sales team and Butler Machinery leadership.
- Support CVA growth by developing CVA pricing and contracts to meet customer needs, including determining uplifts, reserves, and escalators.
- Qualify incoming Parts and Service leads by reviewing machine population and service history to determine which leads are legitimate and actionable.
- Run reports and analyze funnel data to support the Aftermarket Sales team, identifying action items and opportunities to keep deals moving forward.
- Prepare TM&R and CVA contracts by pricing required parts, labor, and services, and determining appropriate reserves, escalators, and uplifts.
- Works within and promotes the vision, mission, and values of BMC.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Minimum of 2 years of heavy equipment or related industry experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and dependable
