The essential functions of the position include:

  • Lead Generation and Outreach | Identify potential customers, research prospects, assist in initiating contact via calls, emails, and social media
  • Sales Process Support | Assist in managing the sales pipeline, tracking leads, following up with potential clients
  • Customer Engagement | Work with sales team to schedule and prepare for client meetings, presentations, follow-ups
  • Market and Competitor Research | Analyze industry trends, competitors, and opportunities to improve sales strategies
  • CRM Management | Maintain accurate records of interactions, updates within CRM system
  • Team Collaboration | Work closely with senior sales professionals to develop strategies and contribute ideas for business growth

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of Business, Marketing, Communications (or related field)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable using technology (CRM tools, email platforms, sales research tools, etc.)
  • Previous internship or work experience in sales, customer service, or business development, a plus
  • Interest in construction industry, a plus
