The essential functions of the position include:
- Lead Generation and Outreach | Identify potential customers, research prospects, assist in initiating contact via calls, emails, and social media
- Sales Process Support | Assist in managing the sales pipeline, tracking leads, following up with potential clients
- Customer Engagement | Work with sales team to schedule and prepare for client meetings, presentations, follow-ups
- Market and Competitor Research | Analyze industry trends, competitors, and opportunities to improve sales strategies
- CRM Management | Maintain accurate records of interactions, updates within CRM system
- Team Collaboration | Work closely with senior sales professionals to develop strategies and contribute ideas for business growth
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of Business, Marketing, Communications (or related field)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using technology (CRM tools, email platforms, sales research tools, etc.)
- Previous internship or work experience in sales, customer service, or business development, a plus
- Interest in construction industry, a plus
