Commission Sales Representative
Oklahoma City, OK

Red River Brick, a premier brand of the General Shale network in the Southwest U.S., is seeking a Commission Sales Representative to join our sales and distribution team in Oklahoma City, OK. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with a background in construction, sales, or architecture, and strong presentation and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain expert-level product knowledge
  • Provide high-touch customer service with a value-added approach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Deliver effective building material solutions to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate directly with architects, contractors, and dealers
  • Manage and grow an assigned sales territory
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of professional sales experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Construction Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong presentation, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
  • Experience in masonry or building materials is a plus
