What You’ll Do

• Personal care: bathing, grooming, hygiene
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Sweeping, washing dishes, laundry, taking out trash
• Assistance with appointments and running errands
• Grocery shopping as needed
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Maintaining a safe, comfortable home environment
• Communicating with the client’s family and care team
• Follow the care plan and complete assigned tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA), and/or Direct Care Worker (DCW)

• Experience or comfort caring for clients with MS and mobility/fall risk needs

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation & current auto insurance

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to pass a background check

• Current TB test

Shifts

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Saturday – Sunday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
