Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for preparing, packaging, and pricing bulk foods such as mixed nuts, seeds, snack mixes, candies, and other gourmet items.
• Examines expiration dates and rotates products according to department guidelines.
• Assists in receiving and unloading merchandise.
• Checks and verifies incoming shipments to ensure that items listed on vendor invoices are all delivered.
• Checks products for quality, count, and condition.
• Maintains proper rotation of inventory (FIFO) to ensure freshness and reduce waste. 
• Provides excellent customer service and address needs of customers in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintains cleanliness of department and work area, including the back room.
• Treats customers and co-workers with courtesy and respect.
• Takes direction and performs duties assigned by RWM Leadership Team.
• Assists fellow employees as needed.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Must possess a love of people, interact with people well, and possess a desire for excellent customer service.
• Able to take direction, work independently, and as a member of the team.
• Must be highly motivated, hard working, and have an enthusiastic attitude.
• Must pay attention to details, be organized, and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Must have problem solving skills, be flexible, creative, and able to adapt to change when required.
• Must have a reliable transportation and report to work in a timely manner.

Pay and Benefits:

• Pay starts at $15.00 per hour
