Overview:

Location: Onsite 5 days a week, Monday through Friday 7:30am-4:30 pm preferred

Salary:  $24.00 - $28.00/Hr

 



Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

The Office Coordinator will be responsible for various office tasks and functions to ensure the office operation always runs smoothly. Tasks include but are not limited to mail room management, reception desk assistance and coverage, general maintenance of office copy and mail room equipment, office supplies, branded products and maintaining a clean and organized office environment.

  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail/shipping for the Stamford headquarters
  • Order and restock office equipment/supplies as requested
  • Restock galley and lobby branded products as needed
  • Order and replenish snack areas
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment and appliances
  • Coordinate with the building management company for repairs and maintenance needed to include lighting, HVAC, plumbing, etc. for the support quarters as requested.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and maintenance workers
  • Assist with backup badging creation in the absence of the front desk receptionist
  • Manage inventory of all packing/postal mailroom supplies.
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years previous mailroom support experience including extensive knowledge of domestic and international shipping programs (FedEx, UPS, USPS)
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Experience with Oracle preferred
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Dependable and able to work independently
  • Able to network positively and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Superior customer service skills
