Commission-Only Residential Water Treatment Sales Closer


Territory: Residential / In-Home Sales 

Pay: 100% Commission – Uncapped (High-Ticket Closers Wanted) 

Type: Full Time with Benefits


This Is NOT a Sit-Back-and-Explain Job. This Is a Closing Job.


We are expanding our residential water treatment sales team and are looking for aggressive, confident high-ticket closers who are comfortable asking for the sale in the home.

  • Are confident selling $7,000–$10,000+ systems
  • Want uncapped commissions instead of a base salary ceiling

Role Overview


The Residential Water Treatment Sales Representative is responsible for closing in-home water treatment sales with homeowners. This is a commission-only, high-performance role designed for sales professionals who thrive on pressure, competition, and income growth.

You will present, overcome objections, and close deals on the first visit. This is not a long-cycle or consultative sales position.


Core Responsibilities

  • Run in-home residential appointments with homeowners
  • Perform on-site water tests and product demonstrations
  • Deliver confident, persuasive sales presentations
  • Identify pain points and create urgency around water issues
  • Handle objections and ask for the sale directly
  • Close same-day deals whenever possible
  • Accurately complete sales paperwork and agreements
  • Maintain professional conduct while driving results
