Wild Health is seeking a driven, accountable, and confident individual to join our team in the role of Premium Care Coordinator. This position requires flexibility, problem solving skills, and an excellent work ethic. The ideal Care Coordinator is an upbeat and motivated individual who possesses strong communication and time management skills. Care Coordinators work closely with a team of health coaches and physicians, as well as with their fellow Care Coordinators. This will require daily communication and organization.

● Health Coach – This role frequently interacts with patients through consults and messaging.

Health Coaches gather information from patients, guide them between appointments, and act on the physician’s recommendations.

● Physician – This role provides medical care for patients, including ordering recommended labs, suggesting referrals, and providing medical expertise.

Qualifications:

● A high school diploma or equivalent

● Proficient in Excel, Word, and Google suites

● 5+ years of customer service

● Clinical administrative experience is preferred

Responsibilities:

● Complete the onboarding process for new patients, including:

• Sending welcome emails
• Invoicing
• Scheduling and attending an introduction/onboarding call
• Maintain shared patient tracking spreadsheet

● Maintain communication with team members to complete tasks as they come in and ensure the patient’s experience is excellent

● Efficiently and effectively solve problems in a professional manner

● Manage patient communications, which include:

• Wild Health’s messaging system
• Phone calls
• Emails

● Ensure efficiency of scheduling patient appointments

● Manage all patient billing needs as they arise, which could include:

• Membership management
• Issuing invoices
• Supplying the patient with a detailed invoice for their HSA/FSA

● Assist with all patient needs/requests where appropriate, facilitating a smooth patient journey
