Lipscomb Academy is seeking qualified and motivated Offensive Assistant Coaches to support its high school football program. Together, these roles will comprise the offensive coaching staff.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Focus on development of various positions such as QBs, Wide Receivers, Tight Ends, Running Backs and the Offensive Line.

• Plan and implement position-specific drills, techniques, and game preparation for offensive these skill positions.

• Demonstrate professionalism at all times, upholding the highest standards of ethical and moral conduct while fostering strong, positive relationships with players, coaches, parents, and the broader community.

• Cultivate a Christ-centered team environment rooted in service, aligned with the mission and values of Lipscomb Academy.
