Responsibilities:

As Territory Sales Manager – Medical, you'll own the medical vertical in

your territory and drive real impact:

• Grow revenue & market share — Hunt for new hospitals, nursing

homes, diagnostic centers, and convert them to Ansell's premium range

(targeted sales + recurrent business).

• Build loyal relationships — Become the go-to expert for end users

(surgeons, purchase heads, infection control teams) and distributors.

• Coach & empower distributors — Train their teams on Ansell products,

run powerful joint calls, in-services, and promotional programs that win

business.

• Strategize like a pro — Create monthly territory plans, spot new

opportunities (new hospitals/projects), and use CRM (Salesforce) to stay

sharp.

• Lead in the field — Network at medical exhibitions, CMEs, trade

shows, and local healthcare forums

• Budget management

• Gather market intelligence, new projects, and market research.
 

We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of strong field sales experience in Surgical Gloves / Medical

Devices / Examination Gloves / Healthcare PPE

• Graduation (any stream) — MBA preferred but not mandatory if you

have killer sales track record

• Proven ability to convert end-users and grow distributors

• Excellent relationship-building & communication skills (you love talking

to doctors & decision-makers)

• Strong planning + execution — you turn targets into wins month after

month

• Comfortable with CRM tools, reporting, and data-driven selling
