ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for the organization, proper handling and delivery of main meal components via food trucks to WCC households
- Delivers missing food items required by WCC households
- Records and documents food temperatures prior to delivery and related DOH items as required
- Performs all other duties as assigned
- Collects orders for the household units as per the established process
- Separates orders per household and delivers items to units
- Stores items as per instructions and guidelines, following FIFO rotation
- Performs all other duties as assigned
- Collection of food carts and soiled pans from house hold units
- Return soiled pans to pot room area
- Responsible for:
- Putting away food service deliveries using guidelines provided
- Cleaning of food trucks and carts
- Adherence to daily / weekly cleaning lists as outlined
- Performing all other duties as assigned
- Reports to work in clean uniform, clean and proper shoes, hair net and name badge to meet Department Dress Code/Standards
- Meets Quality Assurance standards and attends mandatory In-service-Training
- Follows safety, infection control and fire safety practices
- Responsible for reporting the malfunction of equipment
REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months related. Experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The employee will be required to stand in place for hour and a half during tray line. Employee will be required to stand in place for over and hour during Family style dining the employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and taste or smell. The employee must regularly push loaded food carts a distance of 300 to 400 feet and lift and/or move awkward objects up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.

SUPERVISORY RELATIONSHIP: The work is performed within established guidelines, and requires periodic supervision. The employee exercises some initiative and independent judgment to effectively perform the essential job duties of this position.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR OTHERS: Employee has no responsibility for others.
SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES: Shall be fully acquainted with all safety policies and procedures of St. Ann’s Community. Takes an active role in all fire drills during the shift and/or emergencies for internal and external disasters as monitored by supervisor and incident manager. Must comply with facility in-service requirements.
