Job Summary:
Rausch Sturm LLP is looking for an experienced Litigation Specialist to handle electronic submission of legal documents to several jurisdictions throughout the civil judiciary system. The Litigation Specialist I will play an integral role in managing electronic filings, court correspondence, and resolving potential rejections. Other responsibilities may include, but are not limited to court follow-up, document production, and any other Legal Operations processes or procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for electronic filing of legal documents in multiple states and venues.
- Enter and track filing costs for posting.
- Retrieve copies of filed documents.
- Request case conversions via phone, fax, or email.
- Communicate with court clerks via phone or email.
- Route select documentation for mail.
- Recognize patterns for potential rejections and implement and track solutions.
- Other responsibilities may include, but are not limited to court follow-up, document production, and any other Legal Operations processes or procedures.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and technical skills.
- High attention to detail, and legal procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate across departments, and meet deadlines.
- Education and Experience:
- Highschool diploma, or equivalent, required.
- Experience in legal operations preferred.
- Experience in electronic filing processes preferred.
Physical Requirements:- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Frequently required to talk or hear, and use hand to type, handle, or touch objects.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
