🔧 AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver exceptional customer experience (CSI-focused service)
• Greet customers and write repair orders accurately
• Diagnose customer concerns and recommend services
• Upsell maintenance, repairs, and additional services
• Provide estimates for parts, labor, and timelines
• Communicate effectively with customers and technicians
• Manage workflow and coordinate with shop dispatch
• Ensure repair orders are properly documented and closed
• Maintain consistent follow-up to increase retention
• Build long-term customer relationships and loyalty

🎯 QUALIFICATIONS

✔ 2+ years Automotive Service Advisor experience (REQUIRED)
✔ Dealership experience preferred (Chevy / GM a plus)
✔ Proven track record of high CSI and sales performance
✔ Strong communication & closing skills
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔ Team player with a results-driven mindset

📅 Full-Time
📅 Monday – Friday
📅 Rotating Saturdays (5–6 day work week)
