Job Description

FivePine Lodge is seeking a Night Auditor / Overnight Security for our AAA 4 Diamond Property in Sisters, OR. We are a Trip Advisor Top in the Nation luxury lodge with award winning service and we are looking for someone who will thrive in a service minded, self-directed, empowered environment.

As a Night Auditor (10:30pm-7am) at FivePine Lodge, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and security of our lodge during nighttime hours. This unique position combines guest services, financial oversight, security and an 'on-call' opportunity to rest or engage in personal hobbies during certain hours. If you are self motivated, detail-oriented individual with a commitment to guest satisfaction , we invite you to apply for this position. (Great for students looking for part time work that allows them a few hours to study mid shift!)

The job is a mix of customer service, accounting, light maintenance and administrative work.

From 10pm until about midnight, your time is typically filled with guest services, running and checking reports and light
administrative work. Once that work is done, you are “on-call” for guests arriving late or departing
early, emergency phone calls and light maintenance calls. During that time, you are not required to stay
at the counter and you may even find some time to sleep or study! Morning work begins at around
6:30am with a walk around the campus, some daily set-up, and a few more reports. By 7am the front
desk staff arrives and your shift is done!
