We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Part Time Receptionist to join our team. Apply today and learn why The Meadows of Napa Valley has consistently been ranked as one of Napa’s top senior living communities!

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 / hr DOE 

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday - 3:30pm - 11:30pm

What you'll be doing:

You will provide clerical and organizational support to the team, provide reception coverage for the front desk, receive and log packages and be the primary representative to all residents, guests, employees, and public visitors.

What you'll need:

  • One (1) year of experience in clerical office work, reception, scheduling, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience dealing with the public regularly and ability to demonstrate restraint and professionalism in delivering customer service to residents and the public.  
  • CPR, First Aide Certified
  • Ability to read, speak, write, and follow oral and written directions. Ability to fill out forms, keep accurate records and submit reports.
  • Computers skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Organizational skills. Helping in our Gift Shop
  • Good phone technique. Knowledge of basic office equipment (multi-phone lines, fax machines, computers, photocopier.)
