Location: Chandigarh (On site preferred)
Compensation: ₹55,000 to ₹65,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers professionally via phone, email, and internal systems
• Handle customer questions, updates, and concerns with empathy and confidence
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow ups
• Use calendars and task management tools to schedule and track customer touchpoints
• Follow defined workflows to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Coordinate internally to ensure customer requests are addressed on time
• Meet daily and weekly performance expectations related to responsiveness and follow through
