This position works in the Distribution area of the Materials Management Team. You will be working to stock material, kit material, and pick material for Fulfillment operations to the customer.

- Assist in the development of procedural improvements designed to increase efficiency, costs, safety, and morale
- Understand the Picking process including paperwork and RF Scanners & Printers
- Prioritize orders as instructed
- Follow FIFO (First In/First Out) process
- Replenish items to maintain inventory
- Verify printed patient copy contains all required information
- Troubleshoot pick tickets
- Ability to read and understand a MQR card
- Crosstrain in other areas within the department
- Cycle Counts in assigned area
- Review the custom order form including any change orders
- Teach and train new team members
- Enter information into Microsoft Excel

Working Environment:
The facility is in Bloomington, MN. The position will be working in the Operations area.
Physical Demands:
Able to stand or sit for long periods of time.
Able to lift 25 pounds by self and 50+ pounds with a team lift. (i.e. Sitting, standing, lifting, bending, reaching, etc.)
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position working Monday – Friday. The daily hours are 8-10 hours per day.

Pay Transparency Notice:
Depending on your work location, the target hourly rate for this position can range from $18.50 to $19.75 an hour. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Compensation for roles at GN depend on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
