Education: No minimum experience: A positive attitude is vital! Possess basic math skills.
Attendance: You are hired based upon your availability. Weekend and evening work is required. Must come to work on time, when scheduled, in a clean uniform and neatly groomed. Ability to move quickly and safely in a crowded kitchen. Ability to work on wet, slippery floors. Measures of Performance: Safety, quality policies, recipes, portions and all procedures are adhered to constantly. Targeted level of customer satisfaction is met or exceeded. In accordance with Act 593 of the AR “Medical Marijuana” law, an occupation working with food is considered a safety sensitive position. Performance under the influence of any drug (prescription or otherwise) may constitute a threat to health or safety, so the ability to work in a constant state of alertness & in a safe manner is required.
