Description

The Executive Director In Training will gain knowledge and experience to be able to perform the duties associated with an Executive Director who is responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of the facility.  This role supports organizational success by participating in structured training and development to align business operations, people strategies, and processes, contributing to a productive environment that drives positive results and meets key performance indicators.

Requirements

Education: Associates Degree in Business or related field required. Bachelor's degree preferred 
Years of Experience: Healthcare experience preferred
