One year property management departmental rotation followed by one year as assistant property manager

Welcome to Elite Management Holdings, LLC (“EMH”). We are a 25-year real estate firm growing from a family business into a professional enterprise. We have around 20 people on staff and manage approximately 50 investment properties, acting as managing agent for the various owners. We spend our time on projects and processes relating to maintenance, bookkeeping, compliance, leasing, and reporting. We are looking to hire people who can make magic in a variety of professional settings.
EMH will hire entry-level candidates for a two-year EMH Property Management Rotation Program, based in the Hackensack, NJ office. Each candidate will spend the first year rotating among (1) bookkeeping / reporting, (2) maintenance coordination, and (3) sales, leasing, and business development. After a successful first year, candidates will spend a year working as an assistant property manager for a portfolio of properties.
• Completes rotational assignments across a variety of business segments, working under the direction of a manager to professionalize and grow a variety of business segments
• Gathers and coordinates materials necessary for transactions, research potential operational and management improvements, make recommendations, and implement them
• Compiles property, lease and tenant data, update systems to reflect current conditions
• Coordinate accounting, maintenance, sales-related efforts and other duties may be assigned
• Develops business understanding and functional expertise across a variety of business segments through sales, administrative and operations functions in support of objectives
