Job Qualifications:
- Valid HHA or PCA Certificate
- Valid Photo ID
- Social Security Card
- Full Physical exam form, PPD, Rubella & Rubeola titers (within 6 months)
- Drug Screen 8-10 panel (within 6 months)
- Two References letters (within 6 months)
