Overview As a Strategist your main job is to support the day-to-day strategic function of the team while actively mastering key skills of the craft. This position is all about being proactive, inquisitive, eager to contribute, and taking ownership of tasks and assignments. You’ll be expected to take the lead on some projects and play a supporting role on others. As a member of the team, you will also have more opportunities to contribute to the voice of the team via category relevant thought-leadership (trends and POVs). Responsibilities Understanding and engaging in primary research Explore your planning style: Including working with different Planners and learning how they work and gather insights Build an understanding and engage in secondary research, understanding Google analytics, Social Listening, and other types of secondary source data to be used for insight generation and strategic POVs Learn the basics of Shopper Marketing and think through the needs of both shopper and retailer Qualifications 2-3 Years advertising experience Good research foundation Analytical mind and ability to organize information in an easy-to-understand format Experience in retail/shopper and/or interest in retail/shopper marketing. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
