PRIMARY PURPOSE:

            To assist and supervise in maintaining District campus grounds and the relocation of District property as indicated through the district's work order system.              Supervise the cleanup of Boggus Stadium after athletic games and any other special events and stripe athletic fields.

QUALIFICATIONS:

                       Education/Certification:

High school graduate or hold a GED certificate and have experience in field of work

                       Have an acceptable driving record to standards developed by the Department of Public Safety and the Texas Education Agency (10 point system)

                      Special knowledge/Skills:

Ability to follow instructions and get along with co-workers

                       Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions, correspondence, memos and carry out written or oral instructions

                       Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measuring, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals

Ability to use technology required to perform the job

Ability to lift 50 pounds as needed throughout the work day

Ability to use the field marking equipment, fork lift

Experienced in fence repairs and installation

Ability to work with others in a good temperament manner at all times

           Minimum Experience:

Minimum experience of 2 years in the field of work
