Purpose of the Role

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Integration Process Engineer who will play a key role in connecting and harmonizing our production processes within ADM. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead a small team of local process engineers, drive process integration projects, and bring best practices from across ADM operations into our Hungarian plant.

You will be the right hand of both the local Production Manager and the Integration Plant Manager, taking an active role in technical and organizational development. This position is designed for a future leader – someone with clear motivation for career growth and a realistic opportunity to progress within ADM in a relatively short time horizon.

Main Responsibilities

- Lead and support local process engineers to achieve operational excellence.
- Drive technical and process integration projects between ADM Hungary and other ADM sites.
- Act as a key technical and coordination link between the Production Manager, Integration Plant Manager, and the local engineering team.
- Provide deep technical and process manufacturing support with insight and attention to detail.
- Proactively initiate and plan technical and process improvement projects.
- Act as a technical and human authority – guiding your team by example and collaboration.
- Prepare and review technical documentation (P&IDs, process procedures, work instructions).
- Cooperate closely with maintenance to improve the reliability of production equipment and technology.
- Identify and implement meaningful cost-saving and efficiency-improving measures.
- Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous learning within your team.

What Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes Will Help You Succeed?

- University degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or food processing – completed or currently in progress.
- Proven experience in a similar process engineering role; leadership experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a small technical team.
- Readiness to understand ADM operations from all operational perspectives.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn and develop both technically and personally.
- Ability to take ownership and deliver results both independently and as part of a team.
- High safety awareness – we care deeply about everyone going home safe.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Openness to international collaboration – this role includes close contact with other ADM sites.
- MS Office and process documentation skills.
- Clear motivation for professional growth and readiness to take the next career step within ADM.
