Job Description

Description:

Assist the Modern Languages Department faculty and staff for whatever needs to be done. Teach students about foreign language and culture.

Responsibilities:

  • 15/20 hours of teaching-related activities (including classes and preparation)
  • Prepare lesson plans that relate to the material in the classes in which you will be assisting, including topics such as everyday life, politics, art, classical and popular music, customs and education. 
  • Serve as a cultural ambassador to the College community, and to the extent possible, the local community outside campus. 
  • Teach students and others about your language, society and culture.

Requirements:

  • Current full-time student at Ursinus College
  • Must have been accepted into the program
