Education: High School Diploma or High School Equivalency
Qualifications: Must have a valid driver’s license and be 18 years of age or older. Ability to work May 1st thru Sept 30th preferred.
Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
- The ability and willingness to use small power equipment such as hedgers, string trimmers, push mowers and back pack blowers may be needed.
- Will need to work in sometimes dirty and dusty conditions and majority of the time outdoors.
- Workers are expected to be on time and flexible in their job duties.
- Will be required to wear steel toed shoes daily, safety glasses and hearing protection when appropriate to the job.
Work Environment and Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; occasionally walk and stand. Lift sixty (60) lbs. occasionally, with the ability to reach, stand, walk, carry, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, sit, and/or crawl. Maintain effective audio/visual discrimination and perception to the degree necessary for the successful performance of assigned duties; Maintain mental capacity, allowing for effective interaction and communication with others. The job is performed under some temperature extremes and under conditions with some exposure to risk of injury and/or illness.
Work Schedule: May through October preferred. Willing to work around applicant's schedule.
Hours: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Hours flexible
