Profile
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Labourer to join our manufacturing team in Sidney, BC. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks within our manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the facility. Duties & Responsibilities
- Janitorial work and shop clean up as required.
- When assigned to manufacturing; deburring, part marking, part cleaning, shearing, sawing and cutting of materials.
- Transport materials, finished products, and equipment throughout plant.
- Assist the Maintenance Mechanics when required.
Skills & Experience
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing operation is preferred;
- Able to safely set up and operate shop equipment;
- Ability to operate a forklift is preferred;
- Ability to work safely with limited supervision.
