We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Scheduler to provide expert-level guidance to project teams. This role ensures that multi-million-dollar capital programs are executed using high-quality schedules that accurately account for risk, resource constraints, and key project milestones.
What you will do:
- Lead the development of integrated master schedules for large-scale, high-complexity projects or programs.
- Perform advanced forensic delay analysis and provide recommendations for schedule recovery and acceleration.
- Audit project schedules to ensure compliance with DCMA 14-point assessments or other industry best practices.
- Manage resource-loading and leveling across portfolios to identify and resolve enterprise-level staffing conflicts.
- Mentor and provide technical training to Associate and mid-level Schedulers on advanced P6 techniques and CPM methodology.
- Serve as the subject matter expert during client meetings and executive-level project reviews.
- Analyze complex change orders to determine their impact on the project completion date and overall program health.
Who you are:
You are a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who excels at coordinating complex project schedules across teams and contractors. You facilitate scheduling and risk discussions while leveraging your EPC expertise in the utility sector to maintain accurate schedules and support successful project delivery.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Data Analytics, Business, or related field. Equivalent work experience, or combination of work and education, may be substituted
- 10 Plus years
- PMP, PMI-SP, or similar is preferred
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM), Earned Value Management (EVM), and Risk Analysis.
- Software Proficiency: Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 (Advanced) and Microsoft Excel (Macro/VBA level preferred).
- Project Controls: Strong understanding of cost-loading and resource-loading techniques within scheduling software.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to distill complex scheduling data into clear, actionable reports for executive leadership.
