Responsibilities 

• Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions with students who wish to further their learning in either acting, singing, or dance
• Work with a varied roster of students 
• Discuss goals with student before sessions and set attainable goals for the sessions 
• Promptly answer emails from current clients, company faculty and leadership.
• Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business.

Requirements

• Provide availability to Program Coordinator and on Teachworks weekly
• Willingness to work with students in a drop-in structure
• Availability to have approximately 8 coaching hours a month 

Preferred

• You are patient, level-headed and cool under pressure.
• You are passionate about acting and musical theatre (music, acting, dancing).
• You are motivated and believe in our mission in transforming young theatre makers into theatre majors.
• You thrive in a fast paced work environment.
• You enjoy spending time around college age students, and sincerely care about their goals to study theatre at the collegiate level.

About the Position

• Part-time hourly, $75-$100 per hour based on experience and time with company.
• Work-From-Home
• Must have at least 8 open hours per month for students to schedule coaching sessions. 
• Roster of students and hours will vary based off registration
