Responsibilities
The Front Office Coordinator should:
Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
Develop efficient and patient-friendly scheduling strategies that optimize our practice's workflow and patient experience.
Manage patient documents and records.
Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of proven experience in a medical, dental, or veterinary setting, preferably in the Wadsworth or Northeast Ohio area
- 1+ year experience helping and communicating patients on the phone
- Interest in learning the dental software Denticon
- Proven experience helping patients and creating a positive office environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience
- Knowledge of Dental operations
- Experience in dental insurance benefits
- Experience with Denticon
