Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our San Diego clinic. This hybrid role offers flexibility, with a mix of onsite and virtual consultation days based on clinic needs. The ideal candidate will interface with our ENT partner practice and collaborate closely with the onsite Treatment Technician to ensure an optimized clinic flow and an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

� Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and provide appropriate hearing care solutions.

� Collaborate with ENT partners to ensure seamless patient care and communication.

� Perform hearing aid fittings, adjustments, and follow-up care for patients.

� Support and optimize clinic operations, ensuring efficient patient flow and scheduling.

� Conduct virtual consultations to meet patient needs remotely.

� Work closely with the onsite Treatment Technician to deliver high-quality service.

� Educate patients on hearing health, treatment options, and device care.

� Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

� Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or equivalent degree preferred; or licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist.

� Current licensure in the state of California or willingness to obtain licensure.

� Experience in a clinical setting, preferably with ENT partnerships, is a plus.

� Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-focused approach.

� Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a hybrid work schedule.
