The RN is responsible for overseeing resident care, administering medications, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards in a long-term care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on shift
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies
• Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
• Maintain infection control and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee
• Current CPR certification (required)
• Previous long-term care experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
