Job Description

Gator Ford is looking to hiring Service Administrative – Full-time available with pay rates starting at $21.00 per hour depending on experience!

Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

  • Manage and schedule service appointments for customers.
  • Confirm appointments and send reminders to customers.
  • Maintain accurate service records, including customer information and vehicle history.
  • Organize and file service orders and invoices.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork for service orders, warranties, and claims.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory documentation requirements.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide updates on service status.
  • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.
  • Generate reports on service department performance and customer feedback.
  • Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and process service invoices accurately.
  • Assist in managing accounts receivable and payment processing.
  • Schedule and organize meetings for the service team.
  • Prepare meeting agendas.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new employees within the service department.
  • Maintain training materials and resources.
  • Help ensure adherence to safety and compliance regulations.
  • Assist in preparing for audits and inspections.
