Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to oversee key initiatives across our product, engineering, and analytics teams. This role is critical in ensuring seamless execution of projects that enhance our predictive platform and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of multiple projects, from spec development through execution and delivery

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, product operations, marketing, and social media

  • Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with company objectives

  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track

  • Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders at all levels

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a tech or data-focused environment (4-6 preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

  • Experience working with data-driven products or platforms is a strong plus

  • Interest in sports analytics and predictive modeling is highly desirable

Tools & Technologies
