General Responsibilities

Provides administrative support to the Director of Housing Management. Maintains databases and files, carries out directives, occasionally reviews resident files and systems in the field. Performs a variety of administrative duties. Assures the compliance Maintains calendar and appointments, answer telephones, coordinates various meetings and prepare a variety of documentation.

Basic Qualifications

Education/Training: High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor�s degree preferred as well as Tax Credit Certification

Skill(s): organization, excel, word, access, power point, clerical, patience, flexibility organization, time management, excel, word, access, power point, clerical, patience, flexibility and ability to multi-task.

Experience: Minimum of two years of administrative experience. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Evidence of strong skills in organization, prioritization and self-direction is required.
