Job Description

1.       Good experience in handling all verticals in facilities such as Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security Electrical, plumbing etc.

2.       Should be flexible to work schedules and travel between various locations in Chennai.

3.       Good Negotiation skills, Should have knowledge in R&M and manage the team, set goals, evaluate performance, generate relevant reports.

4.      To be able to support basic upkeep, Operation & maintenance, HVAC, housekeeping, electrical/plumbing works, A to Z household requirements, Renovation, BSNL, supervision of laborers / hk team, carpentry, logistics management, security checking etc.
