Job Description

RESPONSIBILITY



  • Execute procurement strategy aligned with organization’s goals, maintain working relationships with suppliers to ensure steady supply of parts.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess their needs, provide procurement guidance, and resolve any issues to ensure consistent supply and on time delivery.

  •  Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions in the supply chain.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, product management, finance, operation material and quality team to align procurement activities with overall business objectives.

  • Support customized order to ensure on time delivery with competitive cost.

  • Identify supplier cost reduction opportunities through benchmark/bidding etc. activities.

  • Drive project execution through PDP process by collaborating cross functional team align the goals and deliverables to achieve expected results with a sense of urgency.

  • Develop, initiate, and lead implementation of assigned cost improvement projects.

  • Demonstrate high personal integrity in conducting business with external/internal parties.   Ensure compliance to the laws, business guidelines and code of conduct, company ethical standards.


QUALIFICATION



  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain or business.

  • 5+ years of sourcing working experience in machinery/Mechanical industry, familiar with sheet metal, casting, electrical components, heat exchanger, valve etc.

  • In-depth business acumen knowledge and possesses good knowledge of procurement, supply management, and/or supply chain management.

  • Skilled in data analysis, good written/reading in English.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, a good team player.

  • Good problem-solving skill and ability to introduce win-win solutions.

  • Able to work under pressure and on multiple tasks at the same time with good time management skills.
