Job Title: Receptionist (part time - Wednesday to Friday)

The primary objective of the Receptionist is to answer a multi-line switchboard quickly and direct calls to their destination without delay. The role also involves the provision of administrative assistance to other departments, greeting visitors, distributing sales leads, handling incoming / outgoing post and ordering company stationery, these are all are secondary objectives whilst managing the switchboard, which is the main priority.

Key Task and Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and maintain a rapid response rate in line with agreed service standards.
  • Use CRM system to identify customers, access relevant information, and transfer calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Communicate and liaise verbally between customers/suppliers/visitors and relevant staff, and interpret and respond clearly and effectively.
  • Order and maintain stocks of relevant office supplies
  • Perform reception duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner
  • Perform other routine administrative tasks as assigned and for other departments as required
