Job Description

As a Finance Operations Intern, you will:
•    Support day-to-day payroll operations by assisting with lower-complexity payroll tasks and transactions.
•    Perform payroll data entry, basic audits, and reconciliations to help ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
•    Assist with payroll reporting, documentation, and administrative support activities.
•    Respond to routine employee payroll inquiries and escalate issues as appropriate to ensure timely resolution.
•    Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, and Human Resources teams to support operational needs.

What You’ll Bring:
•    Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and entering senior year, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Human Resources or a related field.
•    Strong mathematics and accounting skills.
•    Strong attention-to-detail, problem solving, and analytical skills.
•    Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
•    Proficient verbal and written communication skills to communicate with customers, peers, and vendors.
•    A sense of urgency in solving customer requests to ensure timely resolution and an ability to work under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines are required.
•    Must be available to work full time (40 hours per week) during the summer intern program (June–August), with ability to continue part time (approximately 20 hours per week) following the conclusion of the summer intern program (August-March 2027).
•    Position is hybrid: 3 days onsite in Wall, NJ office, 2 days remote as assigned
•    Visa sponsorship is not available for this position, including for student visas.
