Key Responsibilities:
Receive and prioritize incoming service requests from customers and internal teams.
Dispatch service technicians to roadside or on-site locations in a timely manner.
Monitor the status of ongoing jobs and update customers with estimated completion times.
Coordinate scheduling with technicians, shop supervisors, and fleet managers.
Maintain accurate service records in company systems, including work orders and dispatch logs.
Ensure proper documentation of labor hours, parts used, and services performed.
Communicate with drivers, fleet customers, and service managers to resolve issues quickly.
Track key performance metrics such as response time and job completion rates.
Support compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety regulations.
Perform administrative or support tasks as needed to assist service operations.
Skills / Education / Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required.
Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Previous experience in dispatch, customer service, or fleet operations preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with dispatch or fleet management software a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
