Sales Support Specialist

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist for our growing team in Istanbul.


Main Responsibilities :


Providing all necessary support to sales units throughout sales and post-sales processes.
Successful management of sample requests and inventory.
Actively involved in creating new product codes within the system.
Providing support in new customer/supplier registration processes.
Providing necessary support for debt collection (receivable tracking) to the sales team.
Coordinating GTIP and import cost studies with the foreign trade unit.
Successful provision of quality and technical document requests from customers.
Coordinating supplier/customer agreements with the legal unit.


Experience, Skills & Education :


Bachelor's degree in relevant departments
Advanced level of English
Min. 2 years of chemical industry experience
Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and direction
Highly organized, able to work well under stress, handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
