Responsible for estimation, tendering, and design coordination for Fit-Out, Furniture, Joinery, and FM projects. The role includes cost planning, BOQ preparation, technical drawings, 3D design, and budget monitoring.

• Analyze drawings and tender documents to prepare BOQs and cost estimates
  
• Prepare pricing for fit-out, joinery, furniture, and FM projects
  
• Create shop drawings, joinery drawings, RCPs, floor plans & as-built drawings
  
• Develop 3D designs as per client requirements
  
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams
  
• Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
  
• Support FM AMC estimation -manpower, materials, equipment costing
  
• Prepare variation orders, final accounts, and cost reports
  
• Conduct site visits for measurements and verification
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in QS, Civil Engineering, or related field
  
• 6 months – 2 years UAE experience in Fit-Out / FM estimation preferred
  
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, PlanSwift
  
• Strong knowledge of fit-out works -MEP, joinery, civil
  
• Good understanding of FM costing -AMC, PPM, reactive maintenance
  
• Strong numerical and negotiation skills
  
• Fluent English communication Mandatory
