Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement behavioral treatment plans in collaboration with treatment teams and families

  • Conduct behavior assessments and analyze data to inform treatment plans

  • Provide training and support to therapists and other treatment staff

  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure successful implementation of treatment plans

  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment plans

  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • 1+ years of experience in ABA therapy, preferably in a clinic or home-based setting

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 ANNUALLY
